Inside Account Manager

Role Description:

This role will have exposure to the full commercial aspects of account management and sales. Working inside the solutions team you will learn a hybrid sales role; consulting and closing the volume inbound enquires, developing existing account base and proactively engaging with strategic prospects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide customer support through the inbound sales process
  • Strategic account research
  • CRM Management
  • Entering all customer communication
  • Updating sales opportunities

    • 5+ years Sales / account management experience

  • Qualifications: Degree
  • Languages:
    • One or more of: French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian
  • Knowledge:
    • Predictive Analytics
    • Programming knowledge
